Bridal Booking How do you book your trial?
The first step is to fill in the online booking form, call or email to check availability for the date you want. When should you book? Please be aware that brides can book up to six months in advance, so best not leave it too late which is especially important when peak dates are concerned; but If you are let down elsewhere then last minute bookings are a possibility. Trials generally take place between 4 to 12 weeks prior the wedding day. What information do I need to know to prepare for a trial?
Hair & Make-up trials take an average of three hours (about two hours for hair and just over one hour for make-up trials). I would like to get my hair looking its best ready for my wedding day can you help?
Preparation before your big day, as a fully qualified hair stylist with over thirty years experience, I can prepare your hair long before your big day to get it into good condition; including, but not limited to colouring, cuts, trims and recommending the right products for you. Do you have hairpieces to try and can you supply them?
Hairpieces are available! I have the perfect range that you may try out at your trial! I know how to order the right colour to match perfectly to your own hair colour! The effect is so natural looking that nobody will notice the difference! What make-up and hair products do you use?
I have all the choice you will need when it comes to make-up: kit full of MAC, Channel, Bobbie Brown, Benefit,Yves Saint-Laurent & Shu Uemura New ID. What more could a girl ask for!! Terms & Conditions Minimum Booking Requirement is a minimum of 3 adult services Hair or Make-up at a wedding, during weekends and peck times; a surcharge may apply if there are less than 3 adult services. The trial deposit and Balance is payable to Vivienne by cheque or by BACS payment / cash. Vivienne cancellations In exceptional circumstances Vivienne reserves the right to cancel a booking. This has never happened before but, if it does, all attempts will be made to find an alternative stylist. If this is not possible or is unacceptable to the client, Vivienne will refund 100% of the deposit. Client Cancellations
Cancellation of any booking by the client must be given in writing or via-email and will only be confirmed as cancelled upon confirmation from Vivienne. Trial payment
Trial payment is a non-refundable deposit, Please note that the trial booking is not final until the deposit has been paid and Vivienne has confirmed receipt. Wedding day payment After trial to confirm wedding day booking a non-refundable deposit of £100 you will then be invoiced, which needs to be paid within 7 days from your trial day to secure services for your big day. . Please be aware that your wedding date cannot be held without payment. Following the new smoking regulations - smoking whilst Vivienne is working is not permitted.
